Mark and I drove seperately to church on Sunday since I had to be there early to sing. As we were leaving church I had Nathan and Benjamin and Mark had the olders boys plus two friends who were coming over for the day. It's hard being the "little big boy" I imagine as Nathan felt left out.
As we were pulling out of the parking lot he said, "But mom, I want to go with the big boys. I don't have anyone to talk to. Benjamin doesn't talk normal."
Cracked me up. He's right. Benjamin does a lot of pointing, grunting, but not too many words yet.
I know it won't be long though until those two are talking up a storm together. I've started to really see a sweet closeness developing.
